Number of African immigrants in the Twin Cities and the surrounding areas has significantly increased in recent years. African immigrants in the Twin Cities are more concentrated in South Minneapolis. African community school in South Minneapolis. There is a genuine need for ACS services. Our goal is to offer education services to African youth. We want to maintain our strong relationship with parents and community organizations. Parents will play a key role in implementing ACS services and programs.
